1. Delivery of goods in Lithuania
2. Goods in Lithuania are delivered free of charge if the value of the goods exceeds 50 EUR.
3. When the order is placed, a courier will contact you to deliver the picture or reproduction you have ordered.
4. Delivery of goods abroad
5. Currently, goods are available for purchase in the EU countries, Norway and the UK.
6. Delivery of goods to the above countries is subject to delivery rates set by parcel delivery operators, depending on the size and weight of the goods.
7. The delivery time aboard may vary depending on the destination country.
8. Return of goods
9. If the Buyer is the user, he has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason, by giving 14 calendar days’ written notice to the Seller from the date of receipt of the goods.
10. The Buyer must submit a request to return the goods to the Seller by e-mail at eshop@lamauskas.lt. The request must clearly state that the Buyer terminates the purchase agreement, returns the item and requests a refund by indicating the number of the bank account to which he wishes to receive the refund. The Buyer must also provide documents confirming the purchase of the goods from the Seller.
11. The Buyer may exercise the right to return the product only if the 14-day return period has not expired.
12. The right to return goods does not apply for all goods produced at the Buyer’s request or to the Buyer’s specifications, which are not indicated on the website.
13. The right to return goods does not apply for electronic goods (electronic photographs).
14. The Buyer is responsible for the delivery of returned goods, so that the goods would be securely packaged and free from damage. The returned goods must be free from damage, any signs of mechanical damage or damage to its commercial appearance, in the neat original packaging, and unused. If there are defects of the goods or packaging or signs that the goods have been used, the return of the goods is impossible and the Seller shall have the right not to accept the returned goods and not to refund the Buyer.
15. The goods must be returned no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the return of the goods.
16. The Buyer will be refunded the full price paid for the goods less shipping costs. The Buyer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Upon the receipt of returned goods, the Seller shall refund the Buyer by making payment to the bank account specified by the Buyer only after checking the returned goods.
17. The refund for returned goods will be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The right to return the goods shall not apply and the Buyer will not be able to exercise such right (return the goods) for the goods produced under the special Buyer’s order, specifications or instructions, or for the goods which have been clearly tailored to the Buyer’s personal needs.
